Snails with farfalle spaghetti


  • 1 jar of Aródama snails
  • 500 gr farfalle pasta
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 tbsp. of basil
  • The remaining olive oil from the jar
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • Salt-Pepper

Sauté the onion with the minced garlic on high heat. Add the coarsely chopped vegetables with the snails and the basil, and add the wine. Meanwhile, boil the farfalle and keep some broth. Mix the fafalle with the vegetables adding the farfalle broth.
