Brochettes with garlic and parsley
Ingredients:
- Aródama Snails
- Organic cucumber into thin slices as a base on the brochette
- Pesto sauce
- Strained yogurt
- Cave-aged Gruyère cheese
- Beetroot
Instructions:
For the decoration we added fresh parsley and finely chopped garlic.
We added some oil from our jar and baked the brochette slightly on the grill.
