Brochettes with garlic and parsley

Ingredients:

  • Aródama Snails
  • Organic cucumber into thin slices as a base on the brochette
  • Pesto sauce
  • Strained yogurt
  • Cave-aged Gruyère cheese
  • Beetroot

Instructions:

For the decoration we added fresh parsley and finely chopped garlic.

We added some oil from our jar and baked the brochette slightly on the grill.
