Lemon thyme brochettes
Ingredients:
- Aródama snails
- Feta cheese
- Pesto Sauce
- Green olives
- Red cabbage
- Sesame
- Finely chopped lemon and orange peels
- Raw chicory
Instructions:
For the decoration we added slices of lemon, yogurt and mint leaves.
We added some oil from our jar and baked the brochette slightly on the grill.
